Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your TendersAI subscription, operated by Aveza Venture Agency (Pty) Ltd. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Refund Policy.

1. Cancel at any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. There is no fixed contract term and no notice period.

2. What happens when you cancel

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access to the Service and any remaining Deep Analysis credits until that date. After the period ends, your subscription will not renew, no further payments will be taken, and your access reverts to a free or limited state.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel in either of the following ways:

• From your account: go to Profile → Billing and select cancel subscription; or
• By email: contact support@tendersai.co.za from your account email address, requesting cancellation. We will action it and confirm by reply.

Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month, as recurring payments are taken automatically by Payfast on the renewal date.

4. Refunds on cancellation

Cancelling stops future billing but does not, on its own, refund the current period. Whether a refund applies is governed by our Refund Policy and your rights under South African law.

5. Reactivation

You can resubscribe at any time. A new subscription starts a new billing cycle and a new allocation of Deep Analysis credits.
